Answer : In Oregon there are no Carbon Copies. Each home is Unique and special in its own way. The square footage may differ by a few feet from one unit to the next as well as lot sizes, orientation on the lot, etc. etc. etc. A problem could be created though if you describe or advertise the property in a manner that states that the unit is a one of a kind or nothing similar exists.

obviously you must not sell carbon cut outs from new construction. Don’t worry the carbon cut outs are out there.
